Weather Policy: If the flight is canceled due to unfavorable weather, you can reschedule or request a full refund.

Flexible Policy: Cancel up to 48 hours before your scheduled flight for a full refund.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the flight time are non-refundable.
No-Shows: Failure to arrive on time will result in the booking being forfeited without refund.
Weather Cancellations: If the flight is canceled by the operator due to weather or safety concerns, you will be offered the option to reschedule at no extra cost or receive a full refund.

The flight itself usually lasts 45 minutes to 1 hour, but the entire experience, including preparation and landing, takes around 3–4 hours.

We recommend comfortable clothing with layers and flat, closed-toe shoes. The temperature in the air is similar to that on the ground.
