• Reservation: Advance booking is required to secure your preferred date and time.

• Group Size: Standard flights accommodate 8–16 passengers. Private bookings available on request.

• Weather Policy: If the flight is canceled due to unfavorable weather, you can reschedule or request a full refund.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the flight time are non-refundable.

• Weather Cancellations: If the flight is canceled by the operator due to weather or safety concerns, you will be offered the option to reschedule at no extra cost or receive a full refund.
